By installing the measuring devices under each silo, we have created more space on the upper floor of the mixer!
We would like to introduce our achievements in supplying "raw material blending equipment" to a major ceramic siding board manufacturing company. We received an order for the design and production of a complete set of blending and mixing equipment for raw materials (powder and liquid). We utilized some existing lines that could be repurposed and successfully established the new equipment. Typically, placing the weighing instruments on the upper floor of the mixer makes it challenging to secure installation space for the weighing instruments when dealing with a variety of raw materials. However, by installing the weighing instruments under each silo, we created more space on the upper floor of the mixer.
